Quick Introduction

I am a UX designer, researcher, and product manager who has been designing, researching, and scaling digital experiences across complex technical industries since 2012.

My career began with an interaction design and media degree in Philadelphia, followed by moving to Seattle to earn a Master's degree in Human-Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington. Since then, I've applied human-centered design principles and research methodologies across enterprise software, data analytics platforms, and healthcare tools, including leading research at Boeing that secured over $15 million in funding for data science initiatives.

Most recently, I spent nearly six years at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, progressing from Senior UX Designer to Senior UX Researcher and Senior Product Manager. Across these roles, I owned end-to-end user research, designed scalable UI patterns, and led product strategy for the OCI Console. I specialize in turning complex customer feedback into clear roadmap decisions, including building AI-enabled workflows to rapidly synthesize feedback streams and streamline product releases.

I excel at navigating ambiguous, technical problem spaces. Whether leading large-scale interview studies with over 150 participants, implementing AI-driven qualitative analysis workflows, or aligning cross-functional design and engineering teams around unified specs, I focus on building intuitive, scalable solutions that serve both users and business goals.

When I'm not designing, researching, or building product strategy, I enjoy making music, spending time in the gym, paddleboarding during warmer seasons, cycling groomed paths, connecting with family, catching up on a worth-watching TV show, or spending time with my daughter at the park and teaching her how to play the guitar one string at a time. Feel free to contact me if you're interested in collaborating or learning more about my work.

My Process

Every project is different, but my approach stays consistent: start with people, frame the problem before solving it, and make sure what ships can be measured and improved.

Align on business goals and the questions worth answering.

    • Business goals
    • Project owners
    • Engineers
    • Strategists
    • SMEs
    • Competitors
    • Research questions
  2. Research

Learn how people actually work and behave.

    • Interviews
    • Studies
    • User analytics
    • User needs
    • Pain points
    • Gains
  3. Define

Turn what I learn into insights the team can act on.

    • Customer insights
    • Actionable findings
    • AI-assisted synthesis
    • Problem statements
    • Priorities
  4. Design

    Explore, collaborate, and prototype.

    • Collaboration
    • Independent exploration
    • Information architecture
    • Wireframes
    • Prototypes
    • Design systems
  5. Validate

Put it in front of real users and iterate.

    • Usability testing
    • Concept testing
    • Iteration
  6. Deliver & Measure

Ship with clarity, then measure what changed.

    • Specs
    • Requirements
    • Acceptance criteria
    • Metrics
    • Roadmap

What we learn from each release feeds the next cycle.
